"Just as I have said in person during today's session, I also want to express regret anew to my teammates, the organization, and the club president.
"At times fervor gets the better of me because I continuously aim to win and support my side. My winning mentality stems from the affection I feel for this club and each thing it stands for."
He joined Real from Flamengo in recent years for millions and has notched triple figures in more than 300 games.
But his career in the La Liga is uncertain with rumors in lately suggesting that the club would contemplate permitting the young star leave if they got a appropriate bid.
